Important Reminders

• To avoid unlicensed taxis, we recommend using our certified taxi companies or transfer services,
  always check that the name matches your reservation for Transfer Service.

• For late check-out availability, please contact the receptionist.

Facilities and Services

• We offer a buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30.

• Parking facilities are available at Holló Street 6 for 40 EUR per day.

• Please validate your parking card at reception.

• Free luggage storage is provided near the reception desk.

• Wake-up service and delivery service are available upon request.

• We encourage responsible usage of toiletries for environmental sustainability.

• Extra pillows and blankets can be provided upon request. Electric car charging stations are available.

Apartment Details

• All our apartments are non-smoking, as per government regulations.

• Daily cleaning service and towel changes are provided.

• Sheets will be changed twice a week or upon request.

• Extra amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, and international adapters are available upon request.

Payment

• We accept cash payments in EUR, HUF, USD, and GBP, as well as credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard).

• You can settle the payment upon arrival or leave your passport or ID card
  ​at the reception until the payment is completed.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time starts from 14:30 onwards.

• Check-out time is until 10:30. Early Check-out:

• If you need to check-out before 08:00, please drop your keycard into the Post box located
  behind the side entrance door (Backyard Gate).
