Payment Policy

Reservations at Hotel Mika Downtown are paid directly to the hotel on site upon arrival. Payment is accepted in any of the following currencies: EUR, HUF, GBP, USD or by credit card also. Our prices are denominated in EUR and in the event of paying in any other currency the Hungarian National Bank's exchange rate is applied for the conversion.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later total price will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival. You can only collect this prepayment from the guest in the 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Group bookings have special reservation policies, full prepayment is requested, and prepayment is non-refundable in any event.

Other Policies

Upon arrival apartment keys are given out while a key deposit of 10 EUR is requested. Following the return of the keys this deposit is refunded.
